Steps:

In the Roblox app, tap the ‘3 dots’ menu button from the bottom right of the screen.

Now select ‘settings’.

In settings, select ‘account info’.

Scroll down the ‘account info’ page a bit and you’ll see the language option. Click the current language to see a list of other languages you can change it to. Simply click a language and it will change to it.
