Steps:
While there are no official buttons or links you can press within the Roblox website or mobile app to delete your account, it's still possible to delete your account by contacting Roblox and asking them to do it.
Here on this Roblox FAQ page about deleting your account it says that you can contact them via the support form to ask them to delete your data.
On a web browser, go to Roblox.com/support. If you are on the app, you can also tap the 3 dots icon to get to the menu and select help. On the help page, select ‘contact us’ from the bottom. Then on the next page, select ‘support form’.
On the form, enter your username and your email address. Make sure both of these are correct because they need the right username to delete, and they will be contacting you via the email you put here.
Select the device you are using and then under ‘type of help category’, select ‘data privacy requests’. Then select ‘right to be forgotten and right of access’.
In the description box, explain to them that you want them to delete your account for you.
Click submit to send the form, Roblox support will then get back to you via the email you submitted, they may need to confirm your identity before they go through with deleting your account.
