Skyrim Vampire Lord Taking on 2 Dragons, Giant, Bear and a Mammoth All at Once! plus Tips

I was messing around in Skyrim and I went to mess with a giant in his camp and two dragons came to attack so I used my Call Dragon Shout and got another dragon in the mix. Hit vampire lord and went to town killing everything and tossing my victims around with Vampiric Grip.
I also drop a couple tips about the abilities that Vampire lords have. Such as you DO die when in float mode and you jump off a mountain. Also, Serana following you makes your blood blood really weak.

Heres the many types of Dragons.
Dragons -- These are considered to be the easiest to fight, although they can provide a challenge for players early in the game.
Blood Dragons -- These seem to vary in color and appearance. They can breathe both fire and frost and are slightly tougher than normal dragons. Green variants have a larger frond on their tails, along with a bony ridge along their foreheads.
Skeletal Dragon -- This unique dragon is made up entirely of bone with no scales, and it lacks a soul to absorb. It can breathe fire or frost and is only found in Labyrinthian.
Frost Dragons -- These dragons breath frost. They are typically colored white and grey and have very large, black spikes along their back.
Elder Dragons -- These are golden-scaled dragons that are significantly tougher than the previous types, both in melee and breath attacks. They can breathe both fire and frost.
Ancient Dragons -- These dragons are capable of breathing either fire or frost. They have coppery red-and-black scales. They also have exceptionally damaging melee attacks, making them remarkably deadly both in the air and on the ground.
Revered Dragons- These are orange-scaled dragons that have long, flat bodies and broad tails. In addition to fire and frost breath, they can use the Drain Vitality shout, letting them rapidly drain a victim's Health, Magicka, and Stamina.
Legendary Dragons - Second only to Alduin in their sheer power, these dragons have black and gold scales, as well as unusally long claws on their wings. Like the Revered Dragons, they can use Drain Vitality as well as the traditional fire or frost breath. They begin to appear in regular leveled lists for dragon spawns when you reach level 78.
Red Dragons -- These are considered to be the strongest type of dragons. Only two red dragons are known: Nafaalilargus, servant of Tiber Septim, and Odahviing, the right hand of Alduin.
