Skyrim Werewolf Perk Tree and How to Find the Totems of Hircine. This Video shows you all the perks and what they do. It also tells you where to find the totems of hircine that give you different howls as a werewolf.
After filling up my werewolf perk tree I found my werewolf to be really strong. Although most of the perks are passive it really makes for ripping up towns full of people!
I dont know which is stronger, the werewolf or the vampire lord. Id like to see them fight. Vampire lords have a bunch of new cool powers but the werewolves are really strong now.

The werewolves of Skyrim differ from their relatives in previous Elder Scrolls games in that they can change at will and seem to have control over their own actions. They do not have as much fur as their Bloodmoon counterparts and are more vaguely humanoid in appearance. They are still prone to accidentally killing someone, however, as they live with a constant bloodlust which drives them to kill and devour their enemies. Werewolves in Skyrim are widely feared and hated as in other provinces, and will be attacked on sight if spotted in beast form. They possess deadly armor-piercing claws and incredible strength, capable of easily knocking most creatures they encounter to the ground.
The werewolves belonging to The Circle were created by the Glenmoril witches that served the Daedric Lord Hircine, which may offer an explanation as to why their appearances and abilities differ from those in the other provinces. Skyrim's werewolves can also draw power from Hircine's totems to give them different roars, each of which grants a unique Shout-like ability.
Becoming a werewolf adds the Beast Blood constant effect, which grants a 100% resistance to all diseases, but also prevents you from gaining resting bonuses.
After becoming a werewolf, you possess the Greater Power Beast Form, which lets you transform into a werewolf at will. Like other greater powers, this effect can only be used once per day (although the Ring of Hircine provides an alternate unlimited means of transformation). Once transformed, you are in werewolf form for 180 seconds. You can keep Beast Form active longer by feeding on humanoid corpses. Doing so restores 50 points of health and adds an additional 30 seconds of time in Beast Form.
Advantages
Max health and stamina increases by 100
Very fast sprint (faster than horses)
Slight vertical/horizontal leap increase
Sprinting attacks hit for vastly increased damage and cause all enemies smaller than mammoths (including giants) to ragdoll
Directional power attacks (all power attacks made while moving) also cause enemies to ragdoll
Frenzied attack (standing power attack, similar to a flourish)
No carry weight encumbrance (though you also cannot pick up anything)
Crimes committed as a werewolf are not attributed to your character (no bounty). If you are seen feeding on a corpse, you will receive a bounty.
Wolves do not attack you
Werewolf-specific Shouts:
Howl of Terror the default shout causes others to flee in fear for 60 seconds
Totem of Brotherhood shout summons two red wolf spirits to aid you in combat for a limited time
Totem of The Hunt is equivalent to a Detect Life spell
Totem of Fear grants a higher-level fear shout
