Happy Women's History Month! BestColleges editor Victoria defines and recaps the history of Women's Studies -- or Women, Gender and Sexuality (WGS), as it has more recently come to be known. Regardless of your gender, you can check out WGS offerings at your school to gain important historical and social context and understanding. @SDSU is credited with offering the first Women's Studies courses at the college level.
