Aligning Off Axis Joints: Maya Script (Elbows etc)
This super handy Coplanar Joint Orient Script by Ilya Seletsky ( http://www.creativecrash.com/maya/scr... ) allows us to orient joints along a single 2d plane, great for elbows knees and fingers that are off axis, like the A pose. Very handy so I thought I'd demo since the name doesn't sound very interesting! *no audio, this is for those who already know about the "Joint Orient Tool" in Maya so look that up if you're a beginner.
Couple of little bugs that could be improved, my workaround in this video was to close the window and re open as you'll see.
