How to reauthorize or disconnect social accounts from HubSpot
In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how to reauthorize or disconnect social accounts from HubSpot.
If your social network account is disconnected from HubSpot, you will need to reauthorize the connection. Also, if you wish to disconnect any social account, you can disconnect it.
Steps to follow:
Step 1. To reauthorize your social media account.
Step 2. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
Step 3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing and click Social.
Step 4. In the Accounts tab, click connect account.
Step 5. If your account has been disconnected for more than 90 days, it will not display in the social settings. To reconnect these accounts:
Step 6. In the dialog box, the disconnected accounts will display.
Step 7. Select the checkbox next to the social account and Click Connect. The reconnected account will display in your social settings.
Step 8. To Disconnect your social media account.
Step 9. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
Step 10. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing and click Social.
Step 11. Hover over the account you want to disconnect and click Disconnect.
Step 12. In the dialog box, click Disconnect account.
