Access Deal Pipeline Settings:
1. Log into your HubSpot account.
2. Click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects and then Deals.
Select Your Pipeline:
1. Go to the Pipelines tab.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on "Select a pipeline" and choose the pipeline for which you want to set rules.
Configure Pipeline Rules:
1. At the bottom, click on the Pipeline Rules tab.
2. Toggle the switch on for each rule you want to apply.
3. Customize the settings in the right panel according to the rule's requirements.
Editing and Updating Rules:
1. To make changes to an existing rule, click the edit icon.
2. After making your edits on the right side, click Save.
3. To turn off a rule, click to toggle the switch off.
4. Once set or updated, pipeline rules are automatically saved and will apply for users with deal access moving forward.
