Whenever I see ‘low cost leads’ bragging I shake my head because lead costs are NOT the most important or only metric to measure success.
What’s worse, ‘low cost leads’ bragging makes others who might have campaigns doing well wonder if they’re doing something wrong because their lead costs are higher.
When you work with clients who are so attached to low lead costs there might be some angst about ‘higher’ lead costs because they’re so focused on how little they want to spend per lead. So much so that they may actually lose sight of the bigger picture.
