A Peaceful Afternoon With the Mamiya RB67 - Spring 2023
Any chance I have to get outside with the Mamiya RB67 is one I will always take. Spending a relaxing afternoon capturing spring details in the woods on medium format film is a great way to spend a day, whether I make my best work or not.
Sometimes I just need the time to wander around, soak in the day, and photograph what captures my eye, rather than always focusing on getting the "good shots". Sometimes I just need to shoot the lemons to appreciate it when the good ones do come around. That's not to say that I don't like the images I took on this day, but I definitely felt more benefits from just spending time outdoors than I did from my photography.
