“Working in” is revolutionary. You don’t have to do it every day! You can still walk, run, dance hard, and lift heavy… but slowing down every once in a while is one key to BALANCE. ❤️
Going slow won’t feel good right away, in fact, it’ll feel really really hard and awkward at first. 🫤 But keep going. When you think you’re going slow, go about 50% slower and see what happens. 😮 All of a sudden it’ll click and you’ll be like, “What??? This jelly-belly, ooey gooey delight was inside of me the whole time??? The pleasure!!!” 😍🎉🤩
