Sketching Abstractions - Brain Training Ellipticals
Working to improve the connection between my brain and my hands through meditation and continuing to playfully learn how to draw. It’s a challenging but rewarding experience and best of all it’s a fun warm up exercise for connecting the mind and body. In this example it’s increasingly larger elliptical loop gestures. Felt like squeezed circles orbiting a force and emphasizes the focus of my mind and eyes in a stimulating manner and creates appealing spherical shapes. Enjoy:)
