Photoshop CC symmetry setting, how to switch it on
How to switch symmetry on in Photoshop CC. There are lots of options for using the symmetry tool in Adobe Photoshop, but where do you actually find the button to turn it on? This is something requested in the comments so I decided to make a quick video showing where the button should be.
Most digital drawing & painting programs already have a built in symmetry button, but as far as I can tell, only the newer version of Photoshop (Photoshop CC) seem to have it.
If the Symmetry button ( butterfly looking icon ) is not appearing along the top panel of your Photoshop interface, first of all make sure you have the brush tool selected ( hit B on your keyboard ). If symmetry is still not showing, go to edit, preferences, technology previews, some people may have a tick box / option here to make the button appear. Last of all, try to update your version of Adobe Photoshop CC.
