What is Computer Science [Basic Explanation] - Why Do we need it?
What is Computer Science and Why Is it needed? In this modern era, we are surrounded by computers all around. In this video, I had shared my thought on what I understood about computer science.
Now first what is Computer Science?
As we all know it is made up of two words. The first one tells us about the PCs which if we break down, will know that a computer is a machine that works on Instructions to provide the desired output.
And the exploration of things, how they works, how they are made and what can we do to develop them using their basic principals is called the science.
Now In my words, The Computer Science is the study of learning how computers are being built, how they works and how we can make them more efficient so that they can serve the modern human needs.
Now Where is Cs being used? And what will you benifit from it.
At this time, CS is a saviour. Now a days we want computers to talk with us just like humans. So a few of us want to develope the computers in such a way that they can talk in real time. And till somewhat we are successful in that. For Example Google Assistance, Apple Siri and other similar kind of tech which had been recently developed so highly that we use them in our day to day lives.
Another thing which concern and impact our lives is the security of personal and financial information. So in this digital era we need to have a good understanding of Computers to protect the financial information.
For developing graphics, one must have good knowledge about programming which helps in different areas such as Car designing, Buildings oulines and a lot more things.
Now with a lot of data, there is a need to store, manage and fetch that data. So CS comes into play where a person is being taught, how to do it efficiently.
Developing Software, is another aspect which helps in developing the computer technology.
And with all that, we also have to work together not only in software but Hardware as well. So there is also another field inside the computer science. Which is know as computer science engineering.
In the end we are working with computers from home, medical and everywhere. So in easy words, computer science helps to develop the computers to make things easier for human beings.
So this was my basic understanding of computer science in 2020.
