How to turn LYRICS into MELODY using language | The Prosodic Stress
Music and language have many things in common, and today we take a look at one of those ways: The prosodic stress. It's the stress place on words within sentences, and by looking at it's rhythm and melody we can figure out a way to turn lyrics into a melody. It's quite a fascinating but simple technique to come up with melodies, but if it suits you, it can be amazing. We'll have to take a few steps to get there:
