Bluehost is one of the most popular web hosts for WordPress. They aim to provide hosting, domains and an easy to use website setup process. But should you get your domains from them? The only compelling reason to use them for domain names is to take advantage of that "free" domain name for the first year. But even that has a catch, namely it being quite expensive with regards to the renewal rate.
So in general, I like Bluehost for beginner hosting but for domains I would stick to Namecheap. Lower cost, lower renewal rate and free whois protection.
