Postpartum depression hit me… HARD. I never knew that it can happen anytime within the first 18 months postpartum. I’m hoping that sharing the story of my struggles can encourage new moms-to-be or anyone to be proactive in addressing their mental health instead of leaving it up to chance. I wish you all step into this new season of parenthood with excitement and a sound mind! ❤️
