The Moonshot is a sweet, musical preamp that's modeled after one of the most storied gain circuits of all time. Equipped with a solitary new-old-stock AC128 germanium transistor, the Moonshot serves up all shades of vintage color with just two knobs. The Moonshot possesses enough volume on tap to get your tubes seeing red, and does so with a selective frequency boost that can be adjusted to push your amp in all the right places. The germanium transistor really warms up the signal before any frequency adjustment, for a rich boosted signal that never sounds sterile. The Treble/Mid knob chooses the frequency range that is boosted.
