In this talk, I will share some of the common choices we see organizations make that slow down the adoption of IDPs and act as obstacles to realizing anticipated platform benefits. Our insights are based on our experience gained as a collective at Thoughtworks, when helping clients build their IDPs.

Treating and funding the internal platform like a product, with developers as customers
