DealMachine is BACK! Honest Deal Machine Review
DealMachine has been around a long time, but it's not the Deal Machine you're used to! So when I say DealMachine is BACK - they never actually went anywhere. People have been using the DealMachine app for a long time, and I personally feel that at this point, like I've missed out, having had little recent personal experience with it... until now.

The VP of Partnerships of DealMachine, @mattkampdealmachine9284 and I recently had a conversation where I shared my approach on data for real estate investing, among other topics. But what I shared wasn't nearly as juicy as the results of what DealMachine now actually offers... and I was shocked.
DealMachine has been that driving for dollars app and click to mail platform you've probably used before or at least heard of. And they are much more than that now - and I'll dive into all DealMachine has to offer in future reviews (as I myself review the new platform). One thing that's changed is that they now offer skip tracing real estate prospects as part of whatever monthly subscription you have. That's not skip tracing real estate prospects and 10 or 8 cents a record - that's included with the monthly subscription at 0¢/record. So, yes, of course I was a bit skeptical.
On Real Estate Investing Made Easy, I talk a lot about data integrity, skip tracing real estate prospects, organization - and I've always planted my flag in Property Radar. Now, while we use Property Radar for a lot of reasons (including to still pull and pay for prospects without skip tracing included), I'm starting to scratch my head... because the data from DealMachine is actually on point.
So I'm sharing my initial reactions about the integrity of the skip traced data from DealMachine (as an actual data provider and skip tracing service) in this video. What you'll see is a snippet of my actual team meeting (specifically with my SMS Marketing team), and my raw reaction to hearing the results of DealMachine's data.
