Israeli strike kills seven aid workers in Gaza | AFP
An Israeli strike killed seven aid workers from the US-based charity, World Central Kitchen, as they unloaded desperately needed food aid delivered by sea from Cyprus.
The NGO has said it is pausing its Gaza aid operations, in response to the deadly attack. World Central Kitchen has been involved in relief efforts, including supplying meals to hunger-stricken Gaza. Almost 33,000 people, mostly women and children, have been killed since the start of the war, according to the Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza.
