What is the best way to HEAR in a 3rd person game? I tried 3 different ways.

In Unity, we have an Audio Listener and we have Audio Sources. With a combination of where to place the Audio Listener, and combination with a technique I talk about in the video, it's possible to achieve a great experience that feels right - it's not purely on the character, and not purely on the camera.

It's important to keep the immersion going, and, in some aspects, it's just about what feels more natural for the player. In this example, the placement of the audio listener, and where it's facing.

And I want to hear from you:
Which option you are using, or let me know if you have other solutions.
