Unity 5 2d Animation Tutorial - Part 3: Welcome to my third Unity 5 2d Animation Tutorial where i show you how easy it is to create 2d sprite based animation using the Unity 5 game engine and do some scripting in C# to change animation states.
In this video i cover scripting in detail and show you how to switch between animation states upon user input. I have used C# as the scripting language as it is the most popular, many great Unity assets are made in C# and there is a vibrant community of C# developers on StackOverflow and Unity Forums who can help you with any coding problem you may run into.
I have used only keyboard input in this tutorial because for mobile input there are concepts of how to setup the Unity GUI which i will cover in a later tutorial.
