P.F. Changs But Better is my response to take out food that I want everyone to try at home. Sweet and Sour Pork is easy to make and it is better than what they serve you at P.F. Changs in my humble opinion as a home cook.

►Ingredients:
1 pound of pork shoulder or pork tenderloin
1 tsp of baking soda
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp og garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
►Batter
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 egg
5 tbsp of water
1/4 tsp of baking powder
Grapeseed oil for frying
►Secret sauce
6 tbsp of ketchup
1/3 cup of water
4 tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
4 tbsp of white vinegar
1 tsp of lemon zest
Mix of 1tbsp of cornstarch + 1tbsp of water
Slice the pork and marinade it after, prep your batter. Pork goes in the batter and gets fried and then fried again! :) Sauce next..well the video got you covered!
