Anova Sous Vide Circulator - https://amzn.to/35N0kvx
Vacuum Sealer - https://amzn.to/3c9MR2e
Vacuum Sealer Bags (Sous Vide bags) - https://amzn.to/3iCnqZm
Sauce:
Souce Vide Pork Juice (Yes the one that is left after 18+ hours in the sous vide bath)
Ketchup
Apple Vinegar
Brown Sugar
Cayenne Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Smoked Paprika
Honey Mustard
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Sous Vide - 18+ hours at 145F
Smoker - 1 hour to 2 hours at 225 (time will vary based on your rib cut and thickness)
Pork Ribs - get them in a cut you like
