How to generate customer statements
Welcome to our EwityPOS tutorial series! Today, I'll guide you through the process of exporting customer statements.
Customer statements play a crucial role as they are required to be sent to respective parties at the end of each month to request payment.
To begin, click on the side menu and choose "Reports". From the submenu, locate "Sales" and select "Outstanding Bill Report".
Here, you'll need to specify the date and location, as well as select the customers for which the report is intended.
Once you've set the parameters, you can export up-to-date customer statements with outstanding details.
The report can be exported in either PDF or CSV format.
And there you have it! That's how you export customer statements from EwityPOS.
