How to refund a bill
Welcome to our Ewity POS tutorial series! Today, I'll be explaining how to refund a bill.
In certain circumstances, refunds may be necessary, and in Ewity POS, it is a simple process.
After creating a bill to refund a bill, you can go to the bill history. There you could find a list of bills made; thus, after finding the bill to be refunded, click the details button. On top of the bill, you can find the refund button. Click the refund button and also issue the refund.
There you go; you've successfully refunded a bill.
