10 fenugreek seeds

few curry leaves

Tamarind extract
1 heaped teaspoon tamarind
1/2 cup water
To temper
2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon split urad dal
1/2 teaspoon hing
few curry leaves
1 small red chili
