TUTORIAL: Quick animation tools inside Blender
I love Blender...
And it has something I don't think many, if any, other animation tools have...dynamic interpolation. What do I mean by that? I mean built in animation tools that recreate animation styles between keyframes. So if you want a bounce effect that resolves on a particular keyframe, you can do that by changing the interpolation of your previous key to, "bounce". You also have "elastic" which creates a fast move from one key to the next but jiggles as it comes to rest and "back" which is an overshoot effect, very useful for things like punches and stuff like that.
