How I Got My Abs Back After Pregnancy
Hello! Today I'm sharing what I did to heal my diastases recti and bring my abs back together after my 2nd baby. I learned how to properly engage those muscles to encourage healing and just that specific training made a huge difference. After practicing that I was able to continue through the entire program and now I see more definition than since before I did IVF!
