🔍 Part 47: Creating multi-page PDF Patterns
To create a multi-page PDF pattern, select your finished pattern and copy it to the clipboard.
Open up a PatternLab Print template in Adobe illustrator and paste the pattern.
Arrange the grouped pattern pieces, starting in the top left corner, to fit the most economical layout.
Next, Hit CTRL Alt P on your keyboard to open document settings and click edit artboards.
Click the last page to select it and hit back space repeatedly to delete the unused PDF pages. Select a specific page and back space to delete it. To finish click any tool on the left sidebar.
Next, click save as, name the pattern and select Adobe PDF (PDF) format.
Tick the box “View PDF after saving” and click save.
Your PDF will then open in Adobe Reader as a preview.
