🔍 Part 36: Rotating panels
To rotate a grouped pattern or panel, select the entire pattern or panel with the selection tool. Look for a corner of the highlighted bounding box and hover until the rotation arrow appears. It’s a two-way arrow. Click and drag your pattern to rotate it. Holding down the shift key while you drag will lock your rotation to the vertical, diagonal or horizontal axis.
This technique is handy when aligning your patterns to get the best print layout. Just simply drag your patterns in to position and rotate them if necessary. Once again, make sure your patterns a grouped or you will tear them apart when rotating and moving them.
