11/19/1967 New York Jets at Boston Patriots highlights, AFL Week 12 (Jets version)
This is a video of highlights from the Nov. 19, 1967 American Football League game between the New York Jets and the Boston Patriots at Fenway Park, won by New York, 29-24.
The clips are from the Jets' 1967 highlight film.
The Jets had a 29-3 fourth-quarter lead when Broadway Joe Namath hit Don Maynard on a 75-yard touchdown bomb (shown in video).
Amazingly the Patriots rallied, with quarterback Don Trull sneaking in from the 1 twice for scores, and Trull finding Jim Whalen on a 41-yard scoring strike to make it 29-24. But the Jets held on.
