Selecting a bit of audio from JUST one track in Reaper when you have several tracks can be confusing. It's possible to highlight a time selection and NOT actually have any audio selected :-P. So here is how to select a small section of audio from just one track. Someone asked this question while trying to do noise reduction in Reaper using the "ReaFir" effect.
