Here's a tour of my latest bird sketchbook! These are the birds I heard and identified using the Merlin bird ID app from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. I'm not much of a birder, but I have over 80 birds on my list so far, and I've managed to paint the first forty in this sketchbook. The ones on the left are done in gouache and the ones on the right are watercolor. Both have some colored pencil details.
