Complete Chapter 1 by following the steps for the Tower Path. Take the blade after entering the cabin in Chapter 2.

Select "I'm not going to help you...". Then choose [Slay yourself].

Make whatever choices you wish during Chapter 3.

Witnessing the Apotheosis will unlock The End of Something Achievement!

This will bring you directly to the Long Quiet. Examine the mirror, then agree to leave after meeting the vessel in the Long Quiet. You will return to the beginning of Chapter 1 in a new cycle.

Bringing The Apotheosis to the Long Quiet will unlock the A Godly Vessel Achievement!
