In this video, I discuss the benefits of Chia Seeds, especially for diabetics. Chia seeds have many health benefits. They are high in fiber content which we know helps better control blood sugar levels after eating. Additionally, they contain many nutritious elements that are good for our health. Diabetics can try to add Chia Seeds to their daily diet to help maintain better glycemic control and lower blood sugar levels. In this video, I discuss ways that diabetics can incorporate chia seeds into their regular diet.
