Excel: How to Record Macros (Windows and Mac versions)
We all like to speed up how we work. So wouldn't it be good if you are using Excel to take some of the repetitive tasks out of your workload. Well you can by using macros. Macros are a set of instructions that can be played over and over such as importing data, then formatting it and saving in a particular format such as a PDF, or maybe printing it.
Thankfully you don't need to be a computer programer to do this. You can simply get Excel to remember it by recording what you do.
This works almost identically on both the Windows and Mac versions so I have made a video that shows you both. They really are very small differences.
