Well, I am here to report that an alternate Japanese dub does indeed exist, which uses the original soundtrack for the series. Admittedly, I was a little disappointed to find out this wasn't the dub with the popular "ねっ、ムスティ" song from Mitsuko Horie, but this is still a neat find nonetheless. I was able to score this tape off of eBay for a decent price and I'm very happy to be the first to share a Japanese dubbed episode in its entirety.
Papa has built a car for Musti to play with. When Mr. Rabbit sees this, he wants to make a car of his own.

Sourced from the Japanese VHS release of Ray Goossens' MUSTI Anime Video Collection 1 - Musti the Bus Driver by KEEP Co., Ltd. The release year of this tape is currently unknown.
