When trying to capture a screenshot with Windows 10 built in Snipping Tool, every print screen or capture returns a black screenshot.
This has been frustrating me for a while because I'm used to taking a print screen using the snipping tool and suddenly it started returning a black screenshot when trying to capture.
in this video were going to go through how to fix this on Windows 10, and the few short notes on why it's happening.
4 IMPORTANT NOTES FOR TROUBLESHOOTERS
(1) Please leave a like/Comment/subscribe, especially if it did help you, I extremely appreciate that.
(2) Simply disabling the AV won't help.
(3) it doesn't have to be specifically Comodo, it could be any AV application/security application. there are a lot of anti- virus applications that simply consider screenshot blocking a "feature", and usually don't have any way of whitelisting an application to allow screenshots so everything's blocked, what you see as a result is the black square when you try to take a screenshot. it's usually your AV program stepping in.
(4) This problem can appear even if you have only one screen, the solution is the same AV Interference.
