How to permanently fix DNS server not responding, ethernet cable is connected, but there is no Internet. most of the fixes I've tried fix the issue temporarily and once you put the computer into sleep mode, after it wakes up It's back to no Internet again, so let's do a permanent fix, this is what worked for me.
In the first section of the video will focus on how to get the internet back on, when the ethernet is connected but there is no internet, once we got the Internet back on and working, we will move to the permanent fix, so it won't happen every time you turn on your computer, or wake your computer up from sleep mode.
when trying to fix the issue using the network troubleshooter to diagnose the problem, you will get one of these two messages, either the DNS Server Not Responding (your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (dns server) is not responding), or the Default gateway is not available message.
This is part of the same problem, let's get to fix the issue permanently, to do that we will be using, manually updating the LAN drivers, finding out which motherboard your computer has, and what type of operating system, so you get the correct driver for your motherboard and Windows version, which version of LAN network driver is currently installed on your computer, and why Windows automatic driver update will not help in this case.
