What would a shrine to Khorne look like? A battlefield! That's the usual answer when it come to the Blood God! He is revered on the battlefield through glorious and brutal combat. You don't pray to him in in some fancy building in a city, but by being knee-deep in the blood and the guts of your enemies!
But what if? What if some guys want to show their devotion to this dark god? I think they would do so with the remains and skulls of their enemies. Warhammer is a very grimdark place after all and I think this would fit there nicely.
I used a load of fallen Cadian soldiers to create the icon of Khorne on the ground. Some one has clearly been dedicating his time to Khorne on the battlefield and then sacrificed the cowardly prisoners to Khorne.
