It's Halloween if it was explained by a 10-year-old while they're sugar high. I think that explains itself, doesn't it?
It's just a simple Halloween mod that someone made, but again, it was explained in a crazy way. I would consider it very simple and not very detailed because the forest section was literally just several rooms that were connected.
