Actually, Cogman has a big body and with this body he can transform into an Aston Martin. Although we see this in many places in the movie, we don't see Cogman's real body. At exactly 1 hour 11 minutes 53 seconds into the movie, you can notice that the mocap actor of the Cogman character appears for a few frames. It's not a big mistake, of course, but I think the movie crew forgot about Cogman while putting this scene.
