In this video guide I will show you how to reach logistics, welfare, and genetics level 10 with a staff member. First go into sandbox mode and make sure you have on infinite money and no upgrades so everything is already maxed out. It will be in the custom settings at the near bottom. Then when you start the level build two staff centers.
Now try to hire a level 10 scientist of every category. If you can't find someone you will have to keep firing people and rehiring them to find one. Once you find one of each category that will go up to 10 it is time to give them skill points to get there. Once the level 10 is reached for each category the achievements will pop.
