In this video guide I will show you how to find the secret in "Dr. Rogers' Neighborhood". This can be found in Act 3, level called Garden Party.
This is not until the end of the level right before you enter the safehouse. If you are facing the end of the level safehouse, turn around and follow the right path in the maze to the golden skull.
