A Journey Into Czech Lager | Can we Home Brew A Czech Lager? | The Malt Miller
We are very happy to share part 4 of this amazing project! In May 2022 Rakey and Jim spent a week with the team from @Budějovický Budvar in the Czech Republic.
This was a chance for them to immerse themselves into the world of Czech lager, which they both adore. It was also a chance to learn from the masters of brewing this style which couldn't be missed.
This final chapter in the story sees Martin test out his home brew recipe and method for this double decocted brew!! We will also see a side by side taste test of the finished beer to see just how close we got to the real thing!
