INGREDIENTS:
150g Butter (soften at room temperature)
200g (1 cup) Sugar
100g (1/2 cup) Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
500g (4 cups) Plain flour
Dark cooking chocolate
crushed pistachio, walnuts or almond
Bake at 160'C for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
