RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 zucchini.
Salt.
Leave the zucchini for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove excess moisture.
Flour 150 gr.
Dredge the zucchini in flour.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 garlic.
1 carrot.
3 tomatoes.
Parsley.
Stir the vegetables.
Rice 100 gr.
Rinse with water.
Salt. Black pepper.
Red paprika.
Mix well.
Water 1 glass.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Cheese.
Add the filling to the zucchini.
Place the zucchini on top.
Cheese.
Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Dill.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
