SAP Security - The most important Transactions
In this video, I list the most important transactions for authorizations in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA. So you have a good overview and a good reference. Especially for beginners or interested people, this video offers new ideas and tips for authorizations in the SAP system.
Authorizations in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA ensure that SAP users can only see and edit the data they are allowed to see according to company policy. This ensures both data protection and technical protection. This is a vested interest because important and sensitive data is stored in the SAP system.
An area menu groups important transactions into a topic and displays them in a tree structure. The AUTH area menu contains important transactions for authorizations in the SAP system. To access this area menu, you must be in the Start menu and type AUTH in the command field.
